Okay. Russ, these pictures are for you. Remember how you always wanted to see the roast pig? Well, here it is. This is the infamous Lechon (roast pig). This is just a smaller version of it. This was for my Father's 66th birthday on Christmas Day. More pix to follow.

Yummy! Russ, you've never seen a roasted pig? I guess I have to send all of you a pic of our family roasting a lamb on a spit for Easter.
I always missed the pig. Every single stinkin' time.
Thanks Eugene, but it just ain't the same as real life...
